Head Receptionist
Louise joined Family Friends Vets in 2024 and has quickly become a key part of the team. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Head Receptionist at a busy corporate practice, and now oversees the clinic’s administration, insurance claims, and all the day-to-day essentials that keep things running smoothly.
Her idea of fun? A well-organised spreadsheet! Louise thrives on keeping things in order and making sure every detail is covered.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and relaxing with her cat, Ted.
Anna Lamperti-Widger
Anna joined Family Friends Vets in 2022 after a career in the corporate world. Her love for animals—and the care they deserve—led her to make the switch, and since we were already looking after her own pets, joining the team felt like a natural fit.
She’s the warm voice on the phone and the friendly face that welcomes you and your pets when you arrive. Anna adores our patients, and the feeling is mutual—thanks in part to her generous supply of belly rubs and biscuits!
Outside of work, Anna enjoys long walks with her beloved dog, Kai, listening to music, spending time with her son, and snuggling up with her cat, Moshi.
